Spraying Tips

Shake the can well before and during use.

BOSNY aerosol paints are a special blend of Acrylates and Epoxides to produce an exceptionally hi-gloss and extremely durable quick drying paint.

It is ideal for decorative and protective coating for exterior and interior applications.

Surface Cleaning: The surface to be sprayed must be clean, dry and free of grease, rust, dirt and any other surface contaminants. Do not spray on any hot surface.
Before Spraying: Shake the can until you hear all bearings rattling freely inside. Continue shaking for at least 1 minute to ensure that the contents are thoroughly mixed. Shake regularly during use.
Spraying: Hold the can upright, about 25cms to 30cm away from the surface, depress the spray head fully and spray in short, back and forth dusting strokes. Keep the can in a horizontal so that the paint is deposited evenly. Do not spray too close to the surface as this will result in bubbles and runs.
Optimum Results: Keep the can and its contents at room temperature of 25°C. Two or Three coats of paint, several minutes apart will provide optimum results than One heavy coat.
Spray Head Clogs: If the spray stops or it is irregular, remove the spray head and clean the spray hole with fine wire and thinner and replace firmly. Ensure that the spray hole is pointed away when removing or replacing the spray head.
Coverage: The contents of a 400ml aerosol can will cover an area of approximately 2.5 sq. mts.
After Use: Turn the can upside down and press the spray head for 2 to 3 seconds. This cleans the valve mechanism so that the can may be reused later. Shelf life is 3 years.

WARNING: Highly Inflammable. This container is pressurized. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Do not puncture, incinerate or store above 50°C. Prevent contamination of food and surfaces on which food is stored or prepared.
CAUTION: Avoid breathing vapour. Use with adequate ventilation. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water. See physician if problem persists.
